My restaurant, Carlito's Burritos, has been open since 2/09. We are the only New Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas and have been extremely well received by the thousands of New Mexican ex-pats who live here. They just gotta have their chile fix!
If any of you come to LV, come on by the restaurant and I'll buy you a beer.
