Tim was definetly one of the good guys.  His sense of humor was amazing.  He told me many stories about his coaching exploits.  My favorite was when he told a referee he had found the ref's lost cell phone.  The reason he knew it was the ref's phone was because it had 10 missed calls.  He will be greatly missed.
