Mario, AKA Muff, I miss you. we went back to 1st grade. We learned how to play sports together next to Dodger stadium; we played just about every little leauge baseball team together all the way up until high school. We scalped Dodger Tickets and snuck in the stadium behind home plate. You were the man! you could throw a football and you were the best fastball picture I ever knew. I did not like playing catcher when you pitched your fastball. I will never forget you. My condolences to your family. God bless.
Muffin man, you’ve been gone 5 years. Miss you, dude. You were not only blessed with one of the best pitching arms to come out of Echo Park, but you were flat out the funniest guy I ever met. Damn, you could have been a writer for SNL. And I’m saying that even though I was a frequent target of your humor, but it was sort of an honor to be capped on by you. Those friggen sound effects you made, I still laugh my ass off when I think about it. Well anyhow bud, I’ll let you get back to that pitching duel youve been having against Drysdale, (or is it Ralph Branca?) up in that diamond in the sky, the celestial Ebbetts Field/ Chavez Ravine. Miss ya bud.
