Mickey Short Better - I have a heating pad on my leg but not having the muscle spasms now. The doctor didn't call back today. The nurse was going to relay the message and see what he wanted to do next.

Mickey Short No - they gave me Zanac; just can't lay down. That's why I sleep in the chair. When I try to lay flat I start having muscle spasms in my back and down my left leg. They hurt so bad and it takes a while for them to stop. I tried twice to get on the table for the MRI today.

Debra Lou Short (Dissell) Maybe you need to lay down more. Maybe for like a minute each day lay flat until your body gets used to it? What does the therapist say?

Mickey Short I might try that, but every time I lay down it takes a while to get back up because it hurts so bad. The therapist didn't really say. She's not coming any more. I'm doing the exercises on my own now each day. Well - I'm going to have to go because Cara is my typist (bet you couldn't tell that) and she is getting sleepy - and so am I. Love you - we'll talk to you tomorrow!
