Vicki, love the pic of me and Susan on the hill at Bernheim. My hair was soooo straight! I could never get it that straight again and I have tried.I am stuck with these crazy curls. At least until my silver takes over, which won't be long the way they are popping up everywhere and I refuse to dye it. What's a girl to do??
Nicole, Friday the 13th!! Heck yeah! I think that would be great. It's not a bad omen for you but for the bank! It means something truly wonderful is going to happen and you are going to be able to pay the loan off early and they are going to loose a crap load of interest. Never fear, good cousin, never fear.
Me and the girls are reading The Diary of Anne Frank. It is a wonderful book but terribly depressing because they said in the beginning that they get caught and she dies. Such a terrible yet pertinent part of our history. The book and The Kings quote of the day really drove home all that I have to appreciate.
I talked to Dad a couple of days ago and he sounded sooo much better. He is doing therapy 3 times a week at home and says that is going good. Maybe we could hit him with a card bomb. It probably would be nice to send Cara some cards of encouragement as well.
