Jack and I were great friends. I remember hanging out with Jack along with Dave Burleson, Tim Conley, Kevin Bruce and Bill Combs. We all spent lots of time together during the summers, camping and swimming and running around Loveland. Going to football games. I was honered to be the best man at his wedding when he and Jeana Wilson were married. Jack died while serving with the USAF in Italy I believe in 1999. I went to his funeral and was a pallbearer. He was buried with full military honors in Naples, Florida where his parents moved shortly after he graduated high school.
