Jessie Ordonez
Rosary for Jessie Luciano Ordonez, 26, of Lubbock will be at 7 p.m. today in Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Resthaven Memorial Cemetery.
Ordonez died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1998, in University Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 26, 1971, in Lubbock. He married Amanda Ordonez in 1989, in Lubbock. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
He was an automotive painter.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Janel and Jo, both of Lubbock; a son, Jessie of Lubbock; a sister, Jannida of Lubbock; two brothers, Joe of San Antonio and Jonathon of Lubbock; his parents, Joe and Josephine Ordonez of Lubbock; and his paternal grandmother, Adell Riojas of California

I have Jessie's kids at my school (Hutch), and they are just precious. I didn't know Jessie well, but I can say that his legacy lives on through his beautiful children.
