Isidro Sosa

Rosary for Isidro "Sid" Sosa, 30, of Lubbock will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and 7 p.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Plains.

Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Andres Mendoza, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plains Cemetery under direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

He died Friday, Sept. 3, 1999.

He was born Dec. 14, 1968, in Lubbock. He married Lisa Coronado on May 6, 1995, in Levelland.

He was a truck driver for West Texas Wilbert Vault Company.

He was a lifelong resident of Lubbock and was a past team member of the Young Guns Softball Team.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, MaricuruzSosa, Isidra Sosa and Sieanna Sosa, all of Lubbock; his parents, David and Herminia Sosa of Lubbock; four brothers, Martin of San Antonio and David Jr., Bryan and Gabriel, all of Lubbock; and three sisters, Melissa Sosa of Slaton and Josie Sosa and Christina Flores, both of Lubbock
