Nicolas Luna

Services for Nicolas Luna, 32, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael O'Dwyer officiating.

Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

Burial will be in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

He died Saturday, June 23, 2001.

He was born Aug. 14, 1968, in Lubbock. He married Maria E. Salas June 24, 1989, in Lubbock.

He graduated from Lubbock High School in 1989. He was employed at United Supermarkets for six years, where he was bakery manager. He coached his son's tee-ball team.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Xavier Nicolas and Alex, both of Lubbock; a daughter, Selena of Lubbock; his mother, Cecilia Alonzo of Lubbock; his father and stepmother, Antonio and Hilda, of Lubbock; seven brothers, Antonio Jr., Michael, John Paul, Sammy, Jamie and Gabriel, all of Lubbock, and Freddy of Florida; four sisters, Sylvia Gonzales, Lisa Luna, Toni Marie Luna and Aretha Luna, all of Lubbock; his paternal grandmother, Maria Luna of Lubbock; and his maternal grandmother, Juanita Alonzo of Lubbock
