Gone but not forgotten!
Glenn P. Arendt, 35, Route 4, Luxemburg, died early Thursday morning, December 31, 1987, at a Green Bay hospital following a heart attack he suffered on Christmas Eve.
He was born May 19, 1952, in Green Bay to Paul and Magdalene (DeGrand) Arendt. He was a 1970 graduate of Luxemburg-Casco High School. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He married Karen Ruttner October 27, 1979, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Denmark.
He was engaged in farming in the Luxemburg area. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Mary's Church.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, and his parents, Paul and Magdalene, all of Luxemburg; four sisters and two brothers in law, , Donna and Richard Jauquet, Lynn and Wayne Baudhuin, Mary Rubens and her friend, Bill Gould; Cyndi Arendt, all of Green Bay; one brother, Eric, and his friend, Gina Kahr, of Luxemburg; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Burton and LaVerne Ruttner, Denmark; nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the McMahon Funeral Home, Luxemburg, from 2-9 p.m. today, and prior to the funeral Saturday. Holy Name Society Rosary 7:30 p.m. today. Wake service 8 p.m. today. Funeral 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church Luxemburg, the Rev Milton Suess officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
A memorial has been set up for the American Heart Association in his memory.
