The Lynchburg Museum on Court Street opened an exhibit on May 1 titled "Lynchburg and the Vietnam War" which recognizes Vietnam and Vietnam-Era veterans. Three 1967 E.C. Glass veterans are recognized: Richard Crickenberger, Larry Francis (both posthumously) and Freddie Shelton,whose Marine Corps uniform, his Vietnamese language textbooks and Marine Corps study guide are on display. The museum is open Wednesday-Saturday, 10a.m.to 4p.m. Sunday 12-3p.m.
