Randy, Marilyn Haymond, Kathy Hayes and I made up the Fearsome Foursome in 9th grade. I wish I had been able to track him down before he left us, but memories will always be with us.
What can I say? Randy was one of the guys. I'll always remember the poker games over his house with about 15 other guys around the table. Good memories also partying with him at Miami U. and after graduating. The rafting trips were the best.
Randy was a good friend. He was part of a large group of us that hung out alot, what fun we had!!! I remember double dating with him and Kathy Hayes (one of my best friends). As with so many of our high school friends we lost touch. I was very sad to see that he left us.
We all certainly miss Randy a lot. We also miss seeing Pam his wife and never meeting his kids. My best memories of Randy are class and avoiding trouble. He was mostly the voice of reason and caution in a group of crazies, but every once in a while he'd snap and we'd have to cover for him. I always envied his red mustang, what a car!! Pam, if your read this...... best wishes to you and the kids.
