Bonny Stathem Eisen

November 4, 1948 - October 20, 2025

Judy Harris Rainbolt just got word from my niece who is friends with Bonny Stathem Eisen's daughter. I'm sorry to let you know that Bonny passed away Monday in a nursing home in Everett. She had been in the hospital then rehab facility near her home in Mt Vernon since July 5th and her family decided to move her to the nursing home closer to them. Ken was planning to follow soon. This is from her daughter, sent for Lori Kennedy and me:

"I thought I would let you both know that my mom passed away yesterday. We are suspecting cardiac arrest. We had just moved her into an assisted living facility in Everett on Saturday. We were planning on moving my dad down with her once their house sold. We have a lot to sort out but if you would please pass this on to Judy and Lori."

The last time I talked with Bonny she was upbeat and expecting to recover from her medical problems. She was in the care facility because she needed help several times a day and it wasn't practical for her to stay at home. 

I will update with any other news when I hear.

As so often happens, I was just thinking of calling her today when my cell rang with this news. 

My prayers and heartfelt condolences go out to her family and friends who loved her. xoxo

Stan Stebing talked to Bonny about a month ago after she got back home from being in the hospital. She hadn't been able to attend the annual Class Picnic the last couple of years. Bonny really enjoyed our Class get togethers.

As we receive more information about Bonny we will post it.
