I found David Hayhow, living in Pensacola FL.  I emailed him and told him about this site and to please register.  I also told him about the reunion next year and that if he does not come, I would have his Mom get after him!! I live close to his Mom and Dad in Ft. Myers FL.

Have any dates been set yet?  We missed the conference call on Sunday.

Dear Fellow Classmates

Thanks to a long standing friendship with John Perin, he graciously took on the job of locating our missing classmates, except for Elisa Huber, I think we have addresses and phone numbers on 99 % of our class. I'm not completely sure but the list of people has grown exponentially thanks to John's hard work. It will be only a week or so before I have the opportunity to touch base by phone with all concerned and if they will give us an email, I will have that, too! In the mean time, I am mailing all the information that I have to Judy and Larry to add to the spread sheet !  The relationship we shared with each other was very special as it is the longest lasting friendship that we have. Some of us are loosing parents, older siblings, aunts and uncles, etc. so for me, I cherish everyones friendship. I personally have no brothers or sisters so this is a unique opportunity to renew longtime friendships. I hope everyone feels the same way.  If you download Skype you can talk to anyone anytime. I haven't been fortunate enough to catch anyone using our chat room. What's up with that??? Let's reconnect so when the Reunion rolls around we will have loads to share!!!

Looks like everyone will be reading this so Hi Y'all!

I don't have a conventional job, only did for a bit of my life but THIS is the type of stuff that I thrive on! I'm having a blast working on putting the pieces of this jig saw puzzle together!  I can't thank John Perin enough for his work and he has spent a lot of time on it! This weekend is going to be the really fun part for me, calling all those lost classmates that I have phone numbers for! I don't think I will be able to get everyone in a day, but within the week, I should have a good idea about the Y's or N's. Actually, my goal is to build a relationship off the 'cold call' and then just get their email. Later in the spring, when things are finalized, we can send invitations to those that are on the fence. I really enjoyed doing real estate and retail after my "circus daze" ended! LOL! I have always been a people person and  loved it.  As I promised, the videos of our trampoline, comedy car, and a comedy bit that Harrison (my boy) and I did in the '95 MHS Variety Show are being put on youTube by Cher Godwin's husband. My computer skills are limited but growing quickly thanks to NECESSITY! It will show up on the web site so you can view it soon. In the mean time, why don't some of you get in on the conference call 10/4. We would love the input!!! After all, we want this to be a special time for as many of us to connect and just      enjoy each other's company...just like in school!

I got an address from John immediately this afternoon for Hayhow, actually, TWO of them??? Business & home perhaps? Haven't called yet. Tomorrow...As for Steve, I have the same # for him that you do. My cousin lives in Knoxville. I will call him and ask him to check his directory and see what he finds. Perhaps he will even hop on his motorcycle for me and cruise on by Sunday to see what's up. Can't promise on that one though! Thanks for the help. Ran into a guy, this evening at a coffee/tea/wine house in Hyde Park that used to play All American with Perry Ancona and knew Bob Hankes, too! Small world, isn't it! The guy I went to hear, was an old college guy that I dated...great friend....great entertainer. Back in college, his band was offered a job by Brian Epstein (who represented the Beatles in this country), to go on the road with them. He didn't want their girl singer who was excellent, tho. She later ended up as a staple as a singer on Bob Braun's Show...anyway, all his Walnut Hills classmates who either were in town, or lived in town, came by to hear Stan and his guest, a Linda Ronstadt clone. I met so many people that were friends of friends of mine, that my head was spinning!!! Bobby Sharp, drummer from the band, MHS '67 was there, too! The house was rockin along with an 82 year old pieano playing grannie that was dancing like a 23 year old! Never a dull Friday night at Awakenings! This reunion should be the reunion to end all reunions, you know....at least until we have another one! Thanks again for helping me with our search. Keep up the good work!

Karin.....talked to David Hayhow today....he sounds great.......he's in the Realty business in Pensicola.....we talked for a while, laughin' and jokin'......He knew a little about the reunion....I gave him the MHS website so he could jump in if he chooses.....said he'd like to make it if the timing all works out......also, have you found Dan Dever?.....I think I've narrowed him down to somewhere in Columbus.....think he's a dentist.....still trying to connect.....I'll keep you posted.....

If you have all the numbers for our class, I'd be happy to take half the list and call and start tracking everyone.......I've got some manpower, excuse me, person power, to help out........just let me know.......jim

Oh, Jimmie, My White Knight In Shining Armour!!! At least at 3AM that's what it seems to be!  I'm about of steam for the day or knight..excuse me NIGHT...or what ever it is outside! I'm so glad you got to David. It was slow going, but I had found him in Pensacola, but no address or phone yet. Great Work!  Steve Chapin  doesn't answer(3 x)  in Vegas at 1-702-254-8187. I could use some help on that one! I have a line on Dever. He is a dentist in Cincy with 2 locations. My dentist Dave MacKnight MHS '65 knows him. I'll take that one but Phil Frankenburg is a no show! All I have is an addresss:  17 Vermillion Circle, Chico, California 95928. That must be away from the OC but perhaps being in southern Ca. would help jto find hin. Know any cops well enough to call in a favor??? I got Barb Bates, Nevin Gardner M.D., Carolyn Causey, and Keith Cole nailed down. As for the others, I'm waiting for them to return to town, or they haven't answered their phone when I happened to call. I know I have 2 with bad phone #'x, but it so late I'm ready to crash and burn. I'll get back on the job tomorrow afternoon. Touch base with me after 11:30 EST. I'm always up untill at least 2AM, but if you send me your phone # I will Skype you. I have computer to landline, now. It's been really helpful with this project! Take care and touch base with you tomrorrow night. I'm calling you Super Sleuth, too!  (My new name from LT) LOL!

Karen.....Just talked at length to Steve Chapin......he was in Europe for a couple weeks and just got home......gave him the website for MHS...he's stoked and will get on the website today tomorow......so mark him off your list..........He's Director of IT for the city he lives in, North of Vegas......still sounds a cool and mellow as ever........White Knight......( has a nice ring to it!~!)

Karen......also researched Phil F.......the phone #'s I tracked down are all disconnected, I don't think he's in Chico anymore.......check 5 different addys for him....and they ar all listed under different names now......and all 5 numbers I had for his family in Chico were disconnected.....

Have you used "white Pages yet?"......just google white pages....pretty slick....pretty self explanatory..........J
