I'll aways remember Mickey for his shyness and sensitive smile. His family used to live in Parkwood next door to my grandmother and one weekend I was in the backyard raking up leaves with my grandmother and she had stepped inside to answer the phone. I continued raking and every time I would rake more leaves kept coming down, so I"d rake and rake and this went on for awhile. Of course I was getting alittle frustrated, then I hear a lady calling out "MICKEY....MICKEY...COME AND EAT". I hear her then asking MICKEY...WHERE ARE YOU? I hear "COMING", and Mickey coming down from the tree. I looked at him and said "You're funny, you were up that tree shaking more leaves for me to rake" and he smiled and said Yeah, and said he had to go. To make a long story short he came back outside and we talked for along time over the fence about High School starting soon and we were going to be Freshmen. I had Mickey for a few classes and he always had time to say Hello and his smile. In High School me and Cathy Cobb had an eye on #32 - that was his Football Uniform # - forever #32. Mickey will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Mickey was WAY cool! I had the honor of standing next to him, arm in arm, in the yearbook's Senior picture of all of us, though quite dark and we were way back...I KNOW it's us! I was so saddened to hear of Mickey's passing....what a nice guy! My love goes to Lori and all his family.

I knew him from gradeschool, and always remember his smile and bright personality, my deepest condolences to his Wife and Children, after some hard searching and a little luck I located his sister and she explained that it was an accident, so tragic and sad.

Today (7/24/2013) after nearly 15 years with his Sisters help I located his grave and was able to say goodbye, I am still hurting from his Family's loss, My deepest and dearest wishes to all, Jimmy.
