Debra Lynn "Debbie" Logsdon Klein, 51, of 554 OVO Drive died Wednesday, Aug 30, 2006 at King's Daughters' Hospital.

She was born May 19, 1955 in Jeffersonville, the daughter of Raymond and Dollie Graves Logsdon. She was raised in Jeffersonville and New Albany, and moved to Madison in 1972. She had been employed as the assistant manager at the Knights of Columbus Lodge 934. She previously had worked in advertising at The Madison Courier and had been a manager at the Historic Broadway Hotel & Tavern. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and enjoyed sewing. 

She is survived by her husband, George W. Klein; one son, Staff Sgt. Justin Allen Pettit of Jacksonville, NC; one stepson Jeffrey Klein of Madison; one stepdaughter, Amy Lynn Owen of Hanover; her mother, Dollie Graves Hargett of Madison; one sister, Sue Kirchoff of New Albany; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father and one granddaughter.

The funeral will be at 11am Monday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in downtown Madison. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
