John Lockett Pearson,59, of Hendersonville died at 2 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. He was born in Simpson County, Ky., to the late Joe Dee Pearson and Anna Marie Lockett.
He was an electrician, graduated from Madisonville High School, was a member of IBEW Local 429,and was an officer of Gallatin Bass Anglers Society.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Hall Pearson of Hendersonville; one son, Eddie Light of Hendersonville; and three daughters, Cheri Weaver of Kingston Spring, Tenn., Shellee Stephens of Antioch, Tenn., and Ashley Light of Hendersonville. Memorial services were held Dec. 8 at Booken-Gilbert Funeral Home in Franklin, Ky.
