Raymond passed away Monday, November 12, 2012, at his home in Madisonville.

He was born April 16, 1942 in Hopkins County.

Raymond was a member of the Madisonville First Baptist Church.  He had worked for Tri-State Explosives, ICI, and Kemtex.  He enjoyed making candles and yard work.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sandy; one daughter Susan Davis of Madisonville; one son Chad of Owensboro; one step-son, Todd Johnston of Danville, AR; one sister Barbara Sue Hillyard, of Madisonville; one brother James, of Madisonville;  and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 15, 2012, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Leighton Thomison officiating. Burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Garderns.
