Carolyn passed away October 20, 2000 and was living in Madisonville.

She was preceded in death by her father Alger.  She is survived by her mother Lillie Croft Warner, two dauthers Maronica and Scheryl, a son Donnie and a brother David.

She was a registered Nurse and member of Suthards Christian Church.
