Wayne (Belia), died December 14, 1985 in Paducah KY.

He was preceded in death by his father Clyde and is survived by his mother, Lucy, and sisters Freda Knight and Zulla Dupree.

Belia was a counselor with Bureau Of Vocational Rehibilitation and member of the Madisonville First Baptist Church
