Tracy (Hull) Mitchell, 28, of Tyler, formerly of Star Harbor, died Saturday, March 30, 2002, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Fairfield.
Tracy will always be remembered for her outgoing spirit and kindness.
I think about my best friend from high school quite frequently and how she is missed. Tracy came to Cross Roads in the 5th grade and we became best friends quickly. She was an outstanding drum major for the band and made all of her classmates smile by her outgoing spirit. She frequently opened her home to friends to just hang out by the lake, watch movies or play nintendo. I remember practicing our band instruments over the phone, her parakeet that said "wake up Tracy" and the fact that she loved her braces and was sad when it was time to have them removed. My days at Cross Roads were much brighter because of Tracy.
