Stew had a great sense of humor, like calling our school paper The Mule, The Jackass Journal. We were good friends at Malverne and for ten years after graduation.
After obtaining his Masters in Psycology from Adelphi, he went first to Maine, and later to New Hampshire to teach. Sadly, we lost touch. His wife told me he died of a Heart attack at age 57.
