Freeman, Zane, 48, of Manchester, Tennessee died Thursday, March 27, 2003 at his residence.  A native of Coffee County, Tennessee he was the son of Jean Preston Freeman of Manchester and the late Shoffner Freeman.  He was a self-employed building contractor.  He was preceded in death by a grandson, Aidan Zane Brown.  He is survived by his wife, Margaret Munsey Freeman, Manchester; daughter, Katherine Joy and husband Daniel, Manchester,  Michael Lee and wife, Tammy, Manchester, Susan Rebecca and husband Greg, Manchester; grandchildren, Justin and Jackson, Manchester; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Beverly and Bruce Cranmer, Coral Springs, Florida; nephew, Keith Morton Cranmer, Coral Springs.  Funeral services were held Monday, March 31, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel,  Dr. David Mathis officiating.  Burial was at Farrar Hill Cemetery.  The family asks that donation be made to the Hospice of the Highland Rim.
