Garcia, Ina June Thompson, age 52, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Mrs. Garcia was born in Bedford County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Woodrow W. Thompson.  She was a retired Registered Nurse and was of the Pentecostal faith.  She also had 2 beloved pets, Lady and B.J.  In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Garcia.  Ms. Garcia is survived by her mother, Elvie Lee Freeman Thompson of Hillsboro, TN:  3 godchildren, Holly Kendall of Hastings, MI, Frank Gibson of Hillsboro and Carrie Bell, also of Hillsboro; 3 heartfelt adopted sisters, Susie Harrison, Faye Glasgow and Carman Kidder and 10 Grandchildren.  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother David Kidder officiating.  Burial will follow at the Hillsboro Methodist Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, January 23, 2008 from 1:00 P.M. until service time starting at 2:00.  The family requests memorial donations be made to Motlow State Community College Nursing Education Scholarship Program at P.O. Box 8500 Lynchburg, TN 37352.
