Randy died on Tuesday, March 2, 1999 at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina after being ill with cancer.
Randy was born March 29, 1956 to Helen and Richard Flynn, Sr. in Mankato. He graduated from Mankato West High School in 1974. He married Nancy Lyn Krusmark on September 13, 1985. He was employed by Johnson Brothers in bridge construction. They moved to Excelsior, MN in 1944 and he began working with Luna Construction. He was a member of the Elks Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool, and golf.
He is survived by his wife Nancy, son Jason of Mankato, and two step-daughters, Kalli Joe Ristua of Mankato and Kassandra Lynn Blaschko of St. Peter, four step-grandchildren, five sisters, Lida Ferguson (Darwin), Gloria Danberry (Keith), Rita Christ (Stan), Nancy Reich (Robert), and Sheila Flynn (David); five brothers, Richard Mata (Lucille), Richard Jr. (Cindy), Ron Flynn (Nancy), RIcky Flynn (Annette) and Roger Flynn.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, one stepsone, and one grandniece.
