Edward James Benson, age 62, of Madison Lake died on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Mayo Clinic Health System, Mankato, MN. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Edward was the fourth child of James and Alice (Weimert) Benson. He was born October 18, 1955 in Mankato, MN.
He loved to spend time with his family and friends, enjoyed fishing, and playing pool but most of all being in his home on the lake.
Ed is survived by his two children, Jessica Benson of Castle Rock, CO and Jennah Walters of Mankato, MN; grandchildren, Joshua and Bentley Walters; one sister, Susann (Greg) Rosenow of Madison Lake, MN; four brothers, Thomas Benson of Hutchinson, MN; Michael (Lisa) Benson of Waseca. MN; Arthur Benson of Phoenix, AZ; Patrick Benson of Atlanta, GA and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Ed was preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements
