Timothy M. Bjorklund, 54, passed away June 5 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., with complications of congestive heart failure. Tim grew up in Mankato, graduating from Mankato West in 1974. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves before moving to St. Louis in 1976. His last 10 years, he worked for Metro Electric Co. as a salesperson. He is survived by his wife, Diane; daughter, Kari; parents, Merlyn and Leila Bjorklund; sisters, Brenda (Terry) Herbst, Twyla (Juan) Tapia, Shari (Joel) Ellingson, and Darla Carlson; and many nephews, nieces and family and friends. Funeral services were held at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church June 8 in St. Louis.
