Jamas John Schei
MISSOULA - Jamas John Schei, 25, of Missoula and formerly of Great Falls and Minnesota, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2001, at his home.
He was born June 20, 1975, in Adrian, Minn., to Albert and Michelle Schei. He was raised in Mankato, Minn., and Great Falls and graduated from Great Falls High School in 1993.
Jamas worked for Maxim Technologies in Missoula. On Oct. 27, 1998, he married his wife Bridget.
His hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycles, music and country dancing.
He will long be remembered for his kindness and great sense of humor. He asked that everyone "remember my smiles."
Survivors include his wife Bridget Schei of Missoula; mother and stepfather Michelle Schei and Michael Chapman of Great Falls; father and stepmother Albert and Kerri Schei of Worthington, Minn.; brothers and sister Ezra Schei of Great Falls, Cody Schei of Worthington, and Kaleena Schei of Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Also surviving are grandmother Karin Coddington of Worthington; stepsisters and stepbrother Julia Land of California and Delanee and Sam Chapman of Billings; stepson and stepdaughter Dennis and Myrna Molendyk of Missoula; and lots of friends.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at Jokers Wild, 4829 N. Reserve St.
The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association.
Arrangements are under the direction of Garden City Funeral Home and Crematory.
