Penny J. Rhea Snyder, of Bradenton, Fl. got her angel wings Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at home with hospice after a long illness. Penny was born August 2, 1960, at Mansfield General Hospital, Mansfield, Ohio, to Shirley A. Bunker Rhea of Mansfield, Oh, and the late Vernon L. Rhea. Penny married Michael Roy Snyder, Bradenton, Fl. who survives her. Penny graduated from Madison High School in 1978. She is survived by her Son, Joshua Vernon Snyder, Bradenton, Fl.; Brother, Christopher and Roberta Rhea, Mansfield, Ohio; Nephews, Mathew, and Elizabeth Rhea and Michael Rhea of Mansfield, OH; Uncles Nolen and Helena Bunker, Keith and LaVerne Bunker; Aunts Millie and James Day, Maxine Bunker and numerous cousins. A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date. Covell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
