Timothy “T.G.” Miller, 54, of Mansfield, died Monday morning, July 26, 2004 at his home. He was born October 20, 1949, in Mansfield to Howard F. And Thelma R. (Ford) Miller. He was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School. He retired from the U.S. Air Force where he was a paralegal. He also served four years in the U.S. Navy prior to joining the Air Force. T.G. Enjoyed woodworking, collecting Native American art, gardening and working with leather.
He is survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Susan and James Killinger of Crestline and Tina and Gerald Metzger of Denver, Colorado; four nephews and their spouses, Robert and Beth Killinger, David and Kim Rogers, Christopher and Beth Rogers and Alan Metzger; one great-nephew, D.J. Rogers; aunt, Joan Ford of North Carolina; and close friends, Ken Stickles, and Ron and Guy Kendall-Freas. He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents, Eula and Raymond Ford and paternal grandparents, Julia Smith and John B. Miller.
Military graveside services will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. At Mansfield Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Cloyd Kress. Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at the funeral home to the family for the perpetual flower fund at Mansfield Cemetery.

Gerald Socea

Tim was one of my best friends. He had a pinball machine in his house and I would go over and spend time playing and visiting with him. A top notch guy!!!!
