Donnie passed away at the age of 47 on December 15, 2018.  He is survived by his parents, Don and Pat Wellngton, 2 sisters Staci Burns & Lisa Lewis, daughter Charley Wellington, nieces and nephews, cousins, his grandmother, and many friends.
