someday

 

when we are very old

 

we will share a porch swing

 

and sit and spin our life stories

 

into a soft ball of comfort

 

 

 

when the twilight makes us sleepy

 

you will bid me goodnight

 

as I turn to go inside

 

where I will weave

 

moondreams of contentment

 

until

 

we meet
