Comments:

After High School, I spent six years at Southeast Missouri State (SEMO) in Cape Girardeau. I like to think those additional two years, to get a four-year degree in Business Admin., were full of “life experiences” which have proven more beneficial than any degree could provide.

While at SEMO, I joined Air Force ROTC which led to a commission (as an Air Force officer) upon graduation in 1996. As an Air Force officer, I’ve spent four-years as a nuclear missile launch officer in Cheyenne Wyoming (got a MBA from Regis University in Denver); three-years as a ROTC instructor at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles; three-years as a Global Positioning System (GPS) operator in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and two-years at the Pentagon, in Washington DC, working varies GPS issues. Currently, I am the Military Legislative Assistant (Advisor) for Congresswoman McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) working in her DC office on Capitol Hill. In January, I will head back to the Pentagon to work Air Force budget issues for various satellite programs. I’ve recently been selected for promotion to Lieutenant Colonel, a rank I will “put on” sometime next year.

Along the way, I got married in 1999 and then divorced in 2006. My ex-wife (who was at the 10-year) and I still stay in touch and remain close…no children. Currently, I am in a wonderful relationship with Rebecca….my date for the upcoming 20-year reunion.

I’m really looking forward to “coming home” and seeing everyone. I haven’t been back to Marion since our last reunion, even though my Mom is still a Marion resident. Most family visits occur at my brother’s place near St. Louis or my Dad’s in Kansas City.

Special Thanks to Misty and Eric for heading up this effort again. Also, to David for establishing this website…really top notch.

See you all soon!
