COVID Claims a Classmate: We have just learned that Roy Van Buren, passed away earlier this week of complications from COVID-19. He had apparently been hospitalized in Wichita and had been on a respirator prior to his passing. At this time what we know is that memorial services are scheduled at 11 a.m., Saturday, December 5, 2020, at the Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro. We’ll try to keep this posting updated as we learn more.
