Carol A. Tressler Runyon (9/23/1946-7/9/2006)

MARION: Carol A. Runyon, 59, of Marion, died at 6:55 a. m. Sunday, July 9, 2006 in Columbus.

Born Sept. 23, 1946, in Columbus, she was the daughter of the late Robert B. and Miriam V. (Murry) Tressler.

A homemaker, she was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by a daughter, Heather (Russell) Davis, of Marion; two sons, Shawn Rife, Marion and Tim Rife, also Marion; a sister, Kathy Gebby, Marion; three brothers, Greg Tressler, Reynoldsburg, Bob Tressler, Newarh, Rod Tressler, Salyersville, Ky.; five grandchildren, Christopher, Kelsey, Samantha, Colin and Carson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis and Stephen Tressler.

Graveside services will be 2 p. m. Wednesday at St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call 1-2 p. m. Wednesday at Boyd Funeral Home.
