You know, I knew that David and I were always joined at the hip during high school, but I never realized so many other people paid that much attention. Over the years, people who I did not even remember seeing at school (older and younger) have told me how cozy we always looked. Oh, if only he could have lived to see his children grown, and now, his grandchildren. Life, in and of itself, is a miracle. God makes no mistakes, I know that. David is not really gone; he lives in the faces of his children.
