James R. Ennis died October 11, 2004, in Phoenix, Arizona. James was born in Marshalltown, Iowa, to Leonard and Elma (Daugherty) Ennis. He was a proud military veteran who served in the Marine Corps. His survivors  include his wife Jane (Covert) Ennis; his children, James Combe, Michael Combe and Lori Smith, all of Arizona, and Leslie Torstenson of Minnesota; his brothers, Robert Ennis of Iowa and David Ennis of Colorado; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
