News Since the Last Reunion

It's good to be in touch with Larry Conrad. That man has accomplished so much! He's helping me with a "Zoom" reunion of the Albion class we both were in.
And, Mark Fleming. I remember when you were quiet and shy. Why, you barely said a word during band!
Someone asked about my ranch activities. My husband and I lived on a two thousand acre plot where we raised cattle. I was responsible for keeping the entrance areas mowed and planted with flowers. I even had my own tractor! We also entertained a bunch and I did all the cooking. Family came over on Friday nights, neighbors came once a month, and the whole town came once a year. I had always admired my sister Susie's cooking so I did my best to live up to her high standards. And, no one went hungry. My specialties were prime rib and coconut cream pie.
It’s 2026 now and I’m living in an Assisted Living facility in Waco, Texas. I enjoy having fun wth the folks here. I had spine surgery last year and walk with a cane. Bummer. I truly enjoy hearing from my classmates. And for each birthday Mark sends me, I picture you as you were in 1966. You all were beautiful.
