INDIANAPOLIS — Marcia Ann Hines, 64, of Indianapolis, passed away July 27, 2011, at her residence.

She was born in Martinsville on May 16, 1947, to William and Carrie Bingham Farley, who preceded her in death.

She was employed as a Program Coordinator for the Department of Veterans Affairs, for the State of Indiana, for the last 12 years.

Marcia was an avid bingo player and loved to crochet blankets for family and friends.

Marcia is survived her husband, John C. Hines, Sr.; daughters, Michelle Beaton (Brad), Lisa Pearson (Lance), Michelle Hines and Becky Hines; sons, Rick Cook and John C. Hines, Jr.; sister, Linda Barrett (Kenny); 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 30, at 11:00 a.m. in Lynhurst Neighborhood Funeral Home, 1202 South Lynhurst Drive. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.
