Donald R. Kern, 62, of Spencer, died Sunday at his residence.

He was an insulating contractor.

Survivors include two sons, Anthony Ray Kern of Martinsville and Christopher Kern of Lexington, Ky.; one brother, Ronald J. Kern of Bedford; and one sister, Carolyn Spivey of Martinsville.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cresthaven Funeral Home in Bedford. Burial will be at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
