Beth Bullins Higgins passed away September 16, 2000.

Elizabeth "Beth" Higgins, 39, of 710 Prospect Hill Drive, Martinsville, died Saturday, Sept 16, 2000, at Memorial Hospital Of Martinsville and Henry County.  She was born Jan 11, 1961 in Martinsville, daughter of Kathleen Fisher Odell and the late Walter Bullins.  She worked as an accountant with Kathleen Odell and Associates Inc. for 18 years and attended Chatham Heights Baptist Church. 

Surviving in addition to her mother and father, Joseph M. Odell of Martinsville are a daughter, Katlynn Higgins of the home and two sisters, Julia Anne Moore of Manassas and Sandra E. Flotow of Altavista.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Norris Funeral Services chapel, with Michael Hatfield officiating.  Entombment will be in Roselawn Abbey.  The family received visitors from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Norris Funeral Services and other times at the home of Joseph and Kathleen Odell, 712 Parkview Ave., Martinsville.
