Frances, her sister, is married to John John Wigington and has served as president of Worthy Realty in Hilton Head, SC. Her brother Ray left New Orleans the day before Katrina hit and can be found on MySpace.
Both of her parents have died...and show Elizabeth predeceased them. Her mother, Ann R. Worthy, died November 1998. I found Mrs. Worthy's obituary in the Pocahontas Times, the newspaper for Marlinton, West Virginia where she was born:

Anne Richardson Worthy, 63, of Sea Pines, South Carolina, died November 29, 1998, at the Rogers Center of Hilton Head, South Carolina. She was born in Marlinton, the daughter of the late Craig Payne and Gertrude Golding Richardson. Mrs. Worthy moved to Hilton Head Island in 1980 from Martinsville, Virginia. She founded Worthy Rentals, a vacation rental company in Sea Pines in 1980. She had a degree in biology from Sweetbriar College. Surviving are her husband, David B. Worthy; two daughters, Martha C. Worthy and Frances R. Worthy, of Hilton Head; a son, Ray B. Worthy, of San Francisco, California; a sister, Jenny R. Meseke, of Hilton Head; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth W. Worthy. Funeral services were private. Memorial donations may be made to the Sea Pines Montessori School Building Fund, 9 Foxgrape Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 or the Hilton Head Humane Association, 8 Spanish Wells Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.

David Bonner Worthy, 74, of Martinsville, and Hilton Head Island, S.C., died Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Saltville on June 22, 1930. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne R. Worthy; and a daughter, Elizabeth W. Worthy.
Worthy graduated from Episcopal High School, Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps.
He was city attorney for Martinsville for 30 years and also ran a private law practice.
Surviving are three children, Frances R. Worthy and Martha C. Worthy, both of Hilton Head, and Ray Worthy of New Orleans, La.; a brother, Peter Worthy of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a sister, Ellen Campbell of Piney Flats, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.
The funeral was held Monday at Six Oaks in Sea Pines. The Rev. Greg Kronz officiated.
Memorials may be made to the Hilton Head Preparatory School Field House Building Fund, 8 Fox Grape Road, Hilton Head, S.C. 29928.
Island Funeral Home and Crematory in Hilton Head was in charge of arrangements.
