Gail Royce Carter age 44 went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 22, 2010. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and former member and Sunday School Teacher at Louisville Baptist Church. Gail was a Accountant with Earl Whaley and Co. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be deeply loved and missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by: Sister, Susan Davis; Grandparents, Fred & Vesta Evans and B.A. & Emma Reed. Survivors include: Loving Husband, David Carter; Daughter, Racheal Byrd of Alcoa; Step-son, Joshua Carter of Maryville; Step-daughter, Candace & Matthew Hunt of Maryville; Parents, Rev. Billy R. & Joyce Reed of Maryville; Mother-in-law, Betty Carter of Alcoa; Brother-in-law & Sister-in-law, Pete & Kim Carter of Maryville; Brother-in-law, Jeff Davis of Friendsville; Sister & Brother-in-law, Linda & Rev.
