MASON CITY — Chad W. Eldridge, 35, of Mason City died Saturday (July 7, 2007) in Mason City.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at the Rolling Acres Christian Reformed Church, 340 20th St. S.W., with the Rev. Jack Vanden Heuvel officiating. Inurnment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. 

A gathering of friends and family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 13, at the East Park Shelter No. 3.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Chad W. Eldridge Memorial Fund. 

Chad was born Nov. 16, 1971, in Mason City. He attended Mason City schools, graduating in 1990 with art honors.

Chad enjoyed art, biking, outside activities, spending time with family and friends.

Chad is survived by his children, Westley A., Keegan E. and Kailob J. Eldridge and Zander J. Eldridge; parents, Randal and Donna Eldridge, and Jeanie Braun; sisters, Angi M. Dickinson (Rod), Sara J. Eldridge (Shane), Katie Spelling (Larry); nieces and nephews, Angel, Skyler and Lilly, Hailey, Parker, Ellie, and Dustin; special relatives, Shari and Rick Proscorec, Candy Proscorec (Ben), Amanda Eldridge (Joseph), and friend, Melissa Heizelman. 

Chad is preceded in death by grandparents, Eugene and Twyla, and Cleo Eldridge; uncle, Robert Eldridge; and faithful companion, Kain.
