Donn Schwarze
(December 29, 1945 - February 23, 2010)

Donn F. Schwarze, 64, 7530 Forestview Drive, Wisconsin Rapids, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Taylor, Vollert and Jennings Funeral Home. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Donn was born Dec. 29, 1945, in Beaver Dam to Harold and Violette (Ost) Schwarze. He grew up in Mayville. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in accounting. He was united in marriage to Karen Keup on Aug. 20, 1966, in Theresa.

Donn worked as a CPA for Wipfli-Ulrich in Wausau and later in Wisconsin Rapids until 1975. In 1975, he purchased Magic Products Inc. in Amherst Junction.

Donn was an avid bow hunter, liked to fish, and enjoyed anything outdoors. He liked old cars, was an avid Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers Fan and enjoyed woodworking. Most of all, Donn enjoyed his family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his loving wife, Karen; son, Craig Schwarze (fiancee Denise Carey) of Wisconsin Rapids; daughter, Michelle (Phillip) Branham of Amherst Junction; granddaughter, Lauryn Branham; and brother, Ray (Jo Ann) Schwarze of Fond du Lac. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Taylor, Vollert and Jennings Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until the time of services Friday.
