Mrs. Rick (Sharon) Habel, 28, Died Suddenly
in
San Antonio, Tex.
Funeral services for Mrs. Rick Habel, 28, of San Antonio, Tex., who died June 10, 1974 at a San Antonio hospital, were conducted Saturday.
The Rev. C. A. Gunther officiated at the 10 a. m. funeral services in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Visitation was held at the Koepsell Funeral Home after 4 p. m. on Friday Interment was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Habel was the former Sharon Sokoly, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sokoly of this city. She was born Apr. 21, 1946, in Mayville. On Oct. 15, 1966 she married Richard Habel in Mayville.
A graduate of Mayville High school and the former Dodge County Teacher's College, Mrs. Habel taught school in Allenton, while her husband served with the U. S. Armed Forces in Vietnam.
Survivors include her husband; one son, Dean; her parents; one brother, James Sokoly, Beaver Dam; one sister, Lauren, Mayville; her grandmother, Mrs. Ed Schaefer, Fond du Lac; and her parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Habel of Brownsville.
