A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at McFARLAND LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5529 Marsh Road McFarland with Pastor Kelli Schmit officiating. A visitation will be held at McFARLAND HIGH SCHOOL, 5101 Farwell Street, McFarland on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 2-6 p.m. and again at church on Monday, January 7 from 9 am until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Brandon Slattery and Amy Damon Fund, Attn: Diana at McFarland State Bank, 5990 U.S. Hwy 51, McFarland, WI 53558, for donations to be distributed to Dane County Humane Society or a McFarland High School Scholarship for nursing or sports.
