I only just found out and am in sorrow for all of us. Butch was a 'one in a million good guy,' who made a lot of our lives better in multiple ways. He will be sorely missed, especially at reunions! It was so lovely to see/hear Butch beaming as he told me about his marriage with Sue, and I am sending warmest wishes to her for such a devastating loss.
I am really at a loss as to what to say about this guy. Seems like I knew him forever. We went to school together, were team mates on the Eagles little league baseball team. He was my catcher almost every time I pitched. We lived two blocks apart as kids and hung around with each other very often. He was RIGHTLY voted the class of 64's best all-around athlete. He also attended my oldest son's funeral. I actually could go ON and ON. Rest in peace my dear friend.

RIP Butch. You were a great classmate and appreciated for all your efforts to keep us together and informed over the years.
