Mike was a very good friend, I very fondly remember the times that he, Dusty Chapman, myself, and various other co-conspirators spent together back in the days. He was a smart guy, with a great sense of humor and personality and had a lot going for him.  We all used to laugh until our cheeks cramped.  I very much missed his friendship over the years and I hate that we don't have another chance.  I just hope that you finally somehow found peace old friend -- either here or there.

Mike passed into the Chapter Eternal on June 22, 2012, after 42 years on this earth.  Godspeed Brother.
