TAMMY L. BISHOP

Tammy L. Bishop, 66, of Carlisle, passed away on December 13, 2025 at home.

Born May 15, 1959 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Leroy F. And Beverly (Goruch) Bishop.

Tammy was a 1979 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School. She enjoyed crocheting, home made greeting cards and other crafts.

She retired in 2024 having worked at Walmart for 14 years, Office Max for 17 years, Office Depot for 9 years and most recently Family Dollar for 7 months.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Christine E. Marstellar.

Survivors include two sisters: Deborah A. Anderson of Texas and Kathryn A. Glessner of Newville as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM from the Ronan Funeral Home, 255 York Road, Carlisle. Burial will follow in Westminster Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until time of service.
